• Alert Response & Triage: Monitor security feeds and information systems to identify, investigate, and address security alerts in real-time.

• Vulnerability Management: Carry out regular patching cycles and system updates to reduce risks across varied environments.

• Software Deployment: Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of security tools and endpoint protection software.

• Identity & Access Management: Oversee user permissions and ensure that the principle of least privilege is upheld across different platforms.

• Documentation: Keep comprehensive logs of incidents and resolutions to contribute to our internal knowledge base.

• Foundational Knowledge: Possess a solid understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP), operating systems (Windows/Linux), and common security threats.

• Technical Agility: Display the ability to swiftly adapt to different technical setups and software requirements as you transition between projects.

• Problem-Solving Mindset: You approach alerts with curiosity, seeking to understand *why* they occurred and how to prevent their recurrence.

• Communication: Exhibit clear and concise communication skills, enabling you to explain technical solutions to team members with varying levels of expertise.
