Junior Sales Service Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Oversee global shipments, assist sales efforts, and provide exceptional customer service—all from the comfort of your home in a vibrant, international setting.

• Serve as the crucial link among sales teams, customers, suppliers, and logistics partners.

• Ensure the smooth transition of orders from initial entry to final delivery, both domestically and internationally.

• Handle the complete order management process, which includes importation, shipment coordination, customs clearance, Hazmat compliance, document handling, and delivery to customers or warehouses.

• Engage daily with the sales team, accounting department, customers, brokers, logistics companies, and transportation providers.

• Approve payments to suppliers and manage invoicing.

• Navigate and comprehend the domestic and international regulations that pertain to shipments.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2 – 3 years of experience in logistics (trucking, warehousing).

• Proven experience in providing support for sales and operations.

• Customer-oriented with the capability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.

• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Teams.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Comfortable working virtually from home using Teams and other technologies, ensuring effective and timely communication with colleagues and customers.

• Additional assets: Experience in international trading and domestic sales within a global organization, CITT certification or education in supply chain management, experience with chemical products, and familiarity with Hazmat, GHS, EPA, and FDA regulations is a plus.
