Junior Sales Manager – Online Tutoring

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engage in telephone consultations and sales discussions with potential clients (NO cold calling)

• Create proposals tailored to customer requirements and finalize contracts

• Organize trial lessons and facilitate feedback sessions

• Interact with prospects through e-mail and WhatsApp

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed vocational education is preferred, ideally in a commercial discipline or sales

• Background in telephone sales or consultation, preferably within the service industry (career changers are encouraged to apply)

• Excellent communication abilities, empathy, strong verbal skills, and a customer- and service-oriented approach on the phone

• Adaptability, dedication, and a strong desire to excel

• Proficiency in English is advantageous
