Junior Sales Manager – Online Language School

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Offer telephone and written consultations to potential customers regarding our online services.

• Create proposals tailored to customer requirements and finalize contracts via telephone.

• Manage email communication, perform data entry, and assist customer care.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in telephone sales or phone-based consulting, ideally within the service industry (career changers are encouraged to apply).

• Excellent communication abilities, empathy, strong verbal skills, and a customer-focused, service-oriented telephone demeanor.

• Team-oriented, resilient, and dependable.

• Proficient negotiation skills with the capability to close deals effectively.

• Availability for flexible afternoon hours.

• Native-level German proficiency and very good English skills.
