Junior Sales Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Active acquisition of new customers as well as the maintenance and expansion of existing customer relationships

• Advising our clients on tailored solutions in the area of PowerPoint presentations

• Identification and analysis of customer needs along with proposal creation

• Conducting presentations and pitches to potential clients

• Supporting the further development of our sales strategy

• Market and competitive analyses to identify new opportunities

• Participation in trade fairs, conferences, and networking events for lead generation

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial professional experience in sales or a similar position

• Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer interaction

• Negotiation skills and ability to close deals

• Affinity for design, presentations, and visual communication

• Motivation to develop in a dynamic environment

• Structured and results-oriented working style

• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
