This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Active acquisition of new customers through cold calling, with a clear focus on hospitals.
• Engaging with clients in the hospital and clinic sector to develop long-term partnerships.
• Maintenance and tracking of customer data, activities, and opportunities within the CRM system (HubSpot).
• Participation in trade fairs, events, and exhibitions to showcase our solutions.
• Support in the planning and execution of sales and marketing campaigns.
• Understanding clinical processes to identify requirements and potentials effectively.
• Completed degree or training in a commercial or medical field.
• Initial experience in sales, ideally within the healthcare or hospital context, is desirable but not mandatory.
• Enthusiasm for customer acquisition, health topics, and digitalization.
• Customer-oriented and reliable demeanor when interacting with stakeholders at all levels of hierarchy.
• Structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach in daily sales activities.
• Proficient use of MS Office and CRM systems (HubSpot).
