This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Take charge of the entire sales process independently, from the initial contact to the successful closure of deals.
• Manage and assess both inbound and outbound leads while actively pursuing new customers through cold outreach.
• Conduct initial discovery calls to identify customer needs and hold impactful closing calls with decision-makers in the B2B sector.
• Maintain, document, and systematically oversee all sales activities within the CRM system.
• Develop and sustain long-term vendor relationships and engage actively within the industry network.
• Collaborate closely with Customer Success to ensure smooth handovers and effective implementation of new customers.
• Participate in events and conferences to attract customers and enhance CopeCart's market presence.
• Completed vocational training or a degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of professional experience in sales, preferably within digital B2B SaaS, FinTech, or e-commerce sectors.
• Demonstrated experience in both inbound and outbound sales.
• Proficient use of CRM systems, ideally HubSpot.
• Structured, independent, and results-driven working style.
• Excellent communication skills, persuasive abilities, and negotiation expertise.
• Proficient in German, with solid English skills, both written and spoken.
• Competitive compensation with significant upside potential | Base salary of up to €45,000 annually, supplemented by a performance-based commission directly linked to your achievements.
