Junior Sales & Account Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Assist with operational activities related to client accounts.

• Prepare and maintain reports in Google Sheets / Excel.

• Work with the CRM system: updating, validating, and cleaning data.

• Aid in the preparation and dispatch of invoices under the guidance of Account Managers.

• Monitor payment deadlines and perform follow-ups with clients.

• Filter and process inbound leads based on specified criteria.

• Add leads and client information to the CRM.

• Conduct research on website visitors and lead intelligence.

• Gather information and updates regarding clients and leads.

• Participate in sales experiments and internal team initiatives.

• Collaborate with Sales, Account, and Finance teams in daily operations.

• Proficient in English for both written and verbal business communication.

• Strong skills in Google Sheets and/or Excel.

• Attention to detail and precision in data handling.

• Ability to work with structured processes.

• Excellent organizational skills.

• Capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Independence and a proactive approach.

• Interest in growth within Sales, Account Management, or Sales Operations.

• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

• Knowledge of Zoho CRM is an advantage.

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.

• Familiarity with email research tools is advantageous.

• Experience in B2B sales support or account support is preferred.

• Understanding of the IT services/software development field is a plus.

• Experience in international business communication is an advantage.
