Junior Retail Sales Manager – Außendienst NRW

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Engaging in Sales Initiatives

• Proactively reaching out to store managers and their assistants on-site

• Presenting KOA, our products, and current promotions

• Selling primary and secondary placements, displays, and tastings

• Implementing Retail Activation and executing POS strategies and revisits

• Following up and managing accounts for existing markets (placement, promotions, reorders)

• Monitoring availability, pricing, placement, and POS materials

• Creating content for social media

• Collecting feedback and insights from market responses

• Assisting with reporting and documentation

⛳️ Requirements

• Initial experience in sales, retail, promotion, or field sales is advantageous

• Enjoyment in engaging and inspiring people

• Reliable and structured working approach

• A valid driver's license is required

• Excellent proficiency in German
