Junior Researcher

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Acquire and implement the institute's established methodology for crafting a research paper within an approved researchable domain.

• Enhance research capabilities, analytical writing, and policy drafting competencies.

• Execute literature reviews and conduct policy analyses.

• Create detailed research notes.

• Compose a supervised research paper, policy brief, or analytical report.

• Tackle significant policy challenges and suggest innovative solutions.

• Work alongside experienced researchers and mentors.

• Utilize data-driven strategies to develop policy recommendations.

• Contribute research outcomes to both academic and policy-focused publications.

• Choose one researchable topic for the purpose of conducting the research.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently enrolled in or have completed a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree from an accredited university.

• Candidates from any field of study are encouraged to apply.

• A demonstrated interest in policy research, human rights, governance, law, or related fields.

• Proficient written English skills.

• Capability to operate independently in a virtual or remote setting.

• Commitment to meeting specified deadlines.

• Openness to adhering to research methodologies and supervisor feedback.

• Previous research publication experience is not required.

• Participation in a four-week methodology training program followed by a four-week research writing phase.
