This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Contribute to thorough and structured analysis of qualitative data generated by the WiLL project.
• Ensure the quality of qualitative data, including transcriptions and anonymization.
• Execute coding of qualitative data from interviews and focus groups utilizing specialized software.
• Assist in the thematic analysis of the data.
• Help draft the qualitative sections of reports.
• Engage in regular team meetings.
• Advanced university degree (Master's or equivalent) in gender studies, sociology, education, social sciences, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of two years of experience (including internships) in qualitative or mixed-methods research.
• Demonstrated experience in coding and analyzing qualitative data.
• Strong expertise in qualitative methods (interviews, thematic analysis).
• Capability to handle large qualitative datasets.
• Analytical precision and meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to collaborate effectively as part of a remote team.
• Proficient writing skills.
• Excellent command of French (both written and spoken).
• Availability of administrative and analytical documentation.
• Access to collected qualitative data.
• Regular technical supervision provided.
• Participation in WiLL team meetings and exchanges.
