Junior QA/BA Tester – Training & Placement

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Bosnia and Herzegovina.

📋 Description

• Analyze, document, and communicate system and business processes.

• Play a key role in software implementation project teams throughout all phases of the software implementation lifecycle.

• Facilitate and validate the development of system solutions that meet customer business needs.

• Conduct software presentations and provide technical support to both existing and potential customers.

• Implement and offer input for test plans.

• Design and create test cases and scenarios for software testing.

• Execute functional testing, regression testing, and monitor all new developments.

• Utilize bug tracking software to identify and report issues.

• Produce comprehensive test reports and participate in software walkthroughs.

• Proficiency in developing enterprise software Statements of Work.

• Bachelor's degree or higher is preferred.

• Willingness to attend late afternoon or evening web meetings to collaborate with multinational project team members.

• Basic SQL skills and substantial experience with automated testing tools are required.

• Experience in database concepts and defect tracking tools is essential.

• Must possess the ability to understand QA processes and work within a software environment.
