Junior QA Test Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Qatar.

📋 Description

• Collaborating with the Forensics Software Test Team and various IT departments to ensure the delivery of high-quality software modifications.

• Facilitating communication between developers and users to manage changes throughout the testing cycle.

• Receiving training and mentorship in all aspects of testing activities and processes.

• Transitioning from a Junior Tester to a proficient Tester with provided training.

• Security clearance to SC level is mandatory due to the sensitive nature of the work and data.

⛳️ Requirements

• Capable of managing multiple concurrent projects and maintaining work/issue logs in collaboration with various teams and developers.

• Tasked with tracking issues and bugs reported and coordinating with the relevant developers and users as necessary.

• Capable of providing regular updates to the Test Lead regarding testing progress and issues encountered.

• Proficient in developing, maintaining, and executing regression scripts for both new and existing test suites.

• Take full ownership of daily issues, exercising sound judgment to resolve challenges while escalating when necessary.

• Bring patience, determination, integrity, and a keen attention to detail to every task, ensuring high standards are consistently met.

• Maintain outstanding levels of concentration, accuracy, and reliability, even when dealing with repetitive or complex tasks.

• Navigate a busy and fast-paced workload confidently, demonstrating robust organizational skills, personal resilience, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.

• Collaborate effectively and communicate transparently with colleagues, prioritizing team success and shared goals over personal recognition.

• Display initiative by actively pursuing opportunities for process enhancement, adopting a proactive approach to continuous improvement and change.

• Possess knowledge of Expert Systems ISTQB Foundation Certificate or equivalent, or hold a Bachelor's degree.

• Have some experience in UAT testing and utilizing C-LIMS.
