Junior QA Engineer – Operational Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Oversee game events and organize maintenance schedules for games and promotions.

• Remotely configure games and verify outcomes to guarantee a smooth player experience.

• Liaise with business stakeholders and third-party vendors to implement product modifications.

• Identify crashes, validate data, and report bugs with accuracy and clarity.

• Adjust games and promotions to align with changing business needs.

• Refer complex technical issues to engineering teams as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong understanding of QA principles, test design methodologies, and SDLC processes.

• Familiarity with Task Management Systems (Jira preferred) and Agile/Scrum frameworks.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with a keen attention to detail.

• Proficient written and verbal communication skills in English (upper-intermediate level).

• Capability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and recognize potential risks.

• Strong sense of accountability and readiness to work shifts when necessary.
