Junior PTP Accountant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Accountable for inputting documents into the financial system.

• Execute formal and financial validation of documents essential for the accounting workflow.

• Review various documents from accounting, payment, and tax perspectives.

• Oversee bank transfers, monthly closures, and balance reconciliations.

• Assist in the automation of accounting procedures.

• Generate information and reports related to accounting, as well as data for internal and external audits.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree in Administration, Accounting, or Economics.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Accounting/Finance, ideally within a shared services environment.

• Familiarity with Polish accounting and tax laws.

• Capability to manage accounting processes for various European nations within the Shared Services Center (SSC).

• Excellent command of the English language.

• Eagerness to take initiative.

• Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Strong skills in both teamwork and independent work.

• Knowledge of the Oracle system would be advantageous.
