Junior Proposal Writer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Provide assistance in crafting proposals in response to RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.

• Conduct research and analyze solicitation requirements to ensure compliance.

• Work in collaboration with subject matter experts (SMEs) and technical teams to collect proposal content.

• Maintain and update proposal templates, boilerplate content, and documentation of best practices.

• Ensure that proposal content is clear, consistent, and persuasive.

• Handle multiple deadlines and effectively prioritize tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience in proposal writing for the US Federal sector.

• Strong comprehension of the proposal development lifecycle, including compliance and formatting standards.

• Exceptional writing, proofreading, and editing abilities.

• Capability to distill complex information into clear and concise content.

• Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat.

• Familiarity with government contracting and proposal management tools is advantageous.
