Junior Project Manager – eCommerce Projects

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt.

📋 Description

• Complete the onboarding process to integrate into the company's systems and procedures.

• Finish the Starter Training Course to ensure you possess the essential knowledge of workflow and quality standards for joining a commercial project.

• Break down high-level user stories into smaller, manageable tasks that align with platform capabilities.

• Organize and lead team activities such as daily standups, sprint planning, and demonstrations.

• Foster a positive team environment and collaborate with the Events Team to arrange activities.

• Inform the Senior Project Manager or Delivery Manager of any obstacles or issues encountered.

• Keep project roadmaps current and evaluate project scope in relation to available resources.

• Maintain open communication with clients and third-party teams for effective problem resolution or escalation.

• Work together with internal competency centers to enhance delivery outcomes and adopt best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• You should be able to complete a technical assessment designed to evaluate common sense, understanding of cause-and-effect relationships, attention to detail, and your ability to provide clear instructions both in writing and visually.

• Prior experience in Project Management is not necessary; what is important is your capability to achieve results from the test task and your eagerness to learn and adapt to new knowledge and processes.

• Must be willing to engage in continuous learning and respond positively to feedback.
