Junior Project Manager, eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.

📋 Description

• Complete the onboarding process and the Starter Training Course to get ready for your projects.

• Serve as a Junior Project Manager on eCommerce projects and contribute to achieving project success.

• Keep the project roadmap and timeline current, grasping project scope and managing any changes effectively.

• Maintain communication with clients and work collaboratively with internal teams to address issues and enhance delivery.

• No specific prior experience or educational background is necessary, but a strong eagerness to learn is crucial.

• Ability to break down high-level user stories into more manageable tasks.

• Skills to schedule and lead established team processes, including daily standups, sprint planning, and demos.

• Capacity to foster a friendly atmosphere within the team and engage the Events Team for team-building activities.

• Effective communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues to Senior Project Managers or Delivery Managers.

• Understanding of project scope and timeline management.
