Junior Project Manager – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Execute the company's onboarding procedures and familiarize with systems

• Complete the Starter Training Course

• Break down high-level user stories into manageable tasks that align with platform capabilities

• Organize and lead daily standups, sprint planning sessions, and demonstrations

• Foster a positive team environment and coordinate team-building events

• Inform senior project or delivery managers about any blockers or issues

• Manage project roadmaps and timelines effectively

• Oversee project scope and raise alerts for any scope-creep risks

• Provide insights on team performance, communication, and punctuality of delivery

• Evaluate project scope against resource availability and suggest staffing adjustments

• Engage with customers and third-party teams

• Work collaboratively with internal competency centers and implement best practices

• Take part in certification processes

• Enhance knowledge of relevant libraries, frameworks, and platforms

• Incorporate internal and external AI tools and copilots into project management processes

• Build expertise in platform, technology, communication, and business for career growth

• Ability to undertake a technical test that includes a project challenge

• Possession of common sense and an understanding of cause-and-effect relationships

• Strong attention to detail

• Capacity to provide clear instructions in both written and visual formats

• Ability to learn during the assessment

• Competence to complete the Entry Level test and Practical Trial day tasks

• Proven ability to achieve results

• Eagerness and openness to learn new knowledge and processes

• Capability to finish onboarding and the Starter Training Course

• Familiarity with project planning and resource management concepts

• Understanding of Scrum, Agile, and other project management methodologies and terminology

• Willingness to voice opinions and ask questions proactively

• Skill in integrating performance optimization tools

• Commitment to completing internal training and obtaining company-sponsored external certifications

• Previous experience and formal education are not mandatory
