This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.
• Execute the onboarding process for the company, focusing on relevant systems and procedures.
• Complete the Starter Training Course successfully.
• Break down high-level user stories into manageable tasks that align with platform functionalities.
• Organize and lead daily standup meetings, sprint planning sessions, and demonstrations.
• Foster a positive team environment and coordinate team-building activities.
• Inform senior project or delivery managers regarding any blockers, concerns, or issues that arise.
• Keep project roadmaps and timelines up to date.
• Supervise project scope and raise alerts about scope creep risks.
• Provide insights on team skills, communication effectiveness, and adherence to deadlines.
• Evaluate project requirements against available resources and suggest staffing adjustments as needed.
• Engage with customers and third-party teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Collaborate with internal competency centers to implement best practices.
• Take part in certification processes.
• Build knowledge of pertinent libraries, frameworks, and platforms.
• Incorporate internal and external AI tools and copilots into project management tasks.
• Assist in project delivery as both a technical and business-oriented project manager.
• Capability to complete a technical assessment involving a project challenge.
• Possess common sense and an understanding of cause-and-effect dynamics.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to provide clear instructions in both written and visual formats.
• Willingness to learn during the assessment process.
• Competence to fulfill the Practical Trial day task and participate in a technical interview.
• Enthusiasm and a readiness to embrace new information and processes.
• Ability to complete the onboarding process and the Starter Training Course.
• Skill in translating high-level user stories into smaller tasks.
• Knowledge of project planning and resource management principles.
• Familiarity with Scrum, Agile, and other project management methodologies and terminology.
• Ability to voice concerns and proactively seek clarification.
• Capability to integrate performance optimization tools effectively.
• Commitment to completing internal courses and achieving certifications.
• Prior experience and formal education are not mandatory.
