Junior Project Manager – eCommerce

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Albania.

📋 Description

• Every individual joining us for any entry-level role has a pathway and the chance to ascend to an executive position and become a partner in the company.

• Complete the onboarding process within the organization, equipping you with all necessary processes and systems.

• Finish the Starter Training Course to prepare you for participation in a commercial project.

• Collaborate with your Senior Project Manager or the Delivery Manager regarding any blockers, concerns, or issues that exceed your capacity to resolve.

• Ensure successful delivery in partnership with Delivery Managers and other internal stakeholders.

• Your past experience and educational background are not the primary focus; what truly matters is your capability to achieve results beginning with the test task, along with your enthusiasm and willingness to learn new knowledge and processes.

• Ability to complete the company's onboarding process.

• Must be able to break down high-level user stories into manageable tasks.

• Organize and lead established team processes such as daily standups, sprint planning, and demos.

• Foster a friendly atmosphere within your team.

• Keep the project roadmap and timeline current, ensuring a clear understanding of the project scope.

• Evaluate project scope against available resources and manage the onboarding or offboarding of team members as needed.

• Maintain open lines of communication with customers and external teams.
