This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Organize and manage meetings, including Communities of Practice and Executive Round Tables, while preparing agendas and necessary materials.
• Document meeting minutes and create, monitor, and follow up on action items, especially those pertaining to critical leadership requests.
• Create briefing and informational presentations, incorporating basic graphic elements, for both program and executive audiences.
• Assist in needs assessments and market research focused on identifying gaps, opportunities, and emerging trends in VA digital health services.
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and performance improvement metrics related to digital health initiatives.
• Recognize potential risks and issues, and document as well as oversee mitigation strategies.
• Offer data analytics support and compile monthly status reports and project dashboards.
• Keep organized records and documentation for both detailed and summary reporting.
• Aid in stakeholder engagement and follow-up across VA offices and program partners.
• Assist the VA VHA Digital Health Office’s Strategic Initiatives Lab in coordinating activities that promote the AI-enabled digital health pipeline.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in program analysis, project coordination, business analysis, or a similar support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Proven experience in coordinating meetings and preparing agendas, minutes, and tracking action items.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for generating reports, dashboards, and briefing materials.
• Knowledgeable in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for reporting and informed decision-making.
• Experience in supporting complex projects and transformation initiatives within the federal government.
• Capability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance.
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Strong critical thinking, analytical, and time management abilities.
• Competent in organizing, prioritizing, and collaborating effectively with others.
• Proficient in clearly communicating thoughts, ideas, and solutions both in writing and verbally.
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure and quickly grasp complex issues.
• Capable of receiving client feedback and implementing changes swiftly and effectively.
• Eagerness to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Remote work is expected.
• Occasional travel for client engagements may be necessary.
