Junior Product Owner, Product and Testing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Support the launch of new digital products.

• Provide functional ownership and assistance for one or more products throughout their entire lifecycle.

• Develop and maintain business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

• Identify stakeholder needs, gather pertinent information, and proactively communicate updates on individual topics and projects.

• Collaborate effectively and communicate with internal departments, particularly IT, sales, customer and product teams, as well as information security and data protection officers.

• Plan, execute, and document software testing (including functional tests, acceptance tests, and regression tests).

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed degree with above-average grades in areas such as Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a related field.

• Practical experience in supporting products or projects is preferred.

• A keen interest in software development and testing, along with a structured approach to quality assurance.

• Strong analytical thinking abilities and a meticulous, independent working style.

• Excellent communication skills and a passion for teamwork.

• A confident and respectful demeanor in interactions with stakeholders, both external and internal service providers, as well as within the team and internal departments.

• Enthusiasm and self-motivation to learn new technologies swiftly.

• A high level of commitment and an autonomous, responsible working style.
