Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• **🎯 Responsibilities**

• Serve as a link between stakeholders (both internal and clients) and the development team.

• Assist in defining, refining, and prioritizing the product backlog.

• Ensure that requirements are clear, organized, and understood by the team.

• Actively participate in agile ceremonies (planning, review, retrospective, and daily meetings).

• Monitor the progress of deliveries and help remove obstacles.

• Validate deliveries with stakeholders, ensuring alignment with business needs.

• Organize and document functional requirements and business rules.

• Support the analysis of user feedback and product usage data.

• Collaborate on continuous improvement of processes and the product.

• Conduct the "discovery" and "definition" processes in partnership with the UX team.

• Oversee and execute OKRs/strategic planning.

⛳️ Requirements

• **Technical Requirements**

• Bachelor's degree or a technical degree in Technology, Information Systems, Engineering, Administration, Marketing, Product Design, or related fields.

• Up to 2 years of experience as a PO, Business Analyst, Support, or related roles.

• Basic knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).

• Experience or familiarity with tools such as **Jira, Trello, or similar**.

• Ability to organize and detail requirements clearly.

• Basic understanding of backlog prioritization.

• **Differentials**

• Previous experience with SaaS products.

• Knowledge in data analysis and product metrics.

• Experience with clients (support, implementation, or customer success).

• Basic knowledge of the public sector or systems for municipalities.

• Familiarity with using **AI tools** to support productivity.
