Junior Product Owner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Formulate the vision and strategy for the product.

• Execute user research and conduct interviews.

• Lead brainstorming sessions and assess problem-solution alignment as well as product-market alignment.

• Collaborate on business models and product objectives utilizing OKRs.

• Implement UX/UI design principles, information architecture, wireframing, and high-fidelity prototypes.

• Execute user testing and validation techniques.

• Propel product development through agile methodologies including Scrum and Kanban.

• Manage backlog items, user stories, roadmaps, planning, workflows, and releases.

• Oversee stakeholder management and work in conjunction with product teams.

• Establish KPIs and implement event tracking.

• Analyze funnels, cohorts, and retention metrics.

• Conduct application monitoring and perform manual software testing.

• Document and report bugs.

• Carry out web analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Looker Studio.

• Engage in career coaching covering job research, strengths assessment, application materials, the application process, LinkedIn, interviews, and case studies.

• Proficiency in German at a minimum B2 level is recommended/required for the training program.
