📋 Description

• Take charge of the product definition and delivery for Garage Hub's and Driveline's primary distribution platform functionalities.

• Collaborate with Engineering to strategize and launch product releases that enhance customer and distributor workflows and scalability.

• Work closely with the Operations and Strategic Partnerships teams to comprehend distribution-specific limitations (such as shipping logic, catalog intricacy, pricing rules, inventory data, and supplier variability) and convert them into product specifications.

• Engage directly with Operations to pinpoint and address pain points, validate requirements, and guarantee that solutions are practical and effectively utilized in real-world operating environments.

• Establish and sustain a prioritized roadmap that aligns with distributor/customer requirements and business goals.

• Discover opportunities to minimize manual tasks through automation, tooling, and workflow redesign.

• Clearly communicate product priorities, trade-offs, and delivery schedules to stakeholders.

• Function effectively in a dynamic, entrepreneurial setting with changing requirements and limited precedent.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• 2-6+ years of product management experience in B2B, marketplace, e-commerce, or other operations- and data-intensive sectors.

• Strong business acumen with a clear insight into how product decisions influence operational execution, costs, and scalability.

• Proven track record of shipping, iterating, and enhancing complex products in rapidly changing organizations.

• Experience collaborating across functions with Operations, Engineering, and Analytics teams to deliver scalable, business-ready solutions.

• Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous, real-world business challenges into clear, actionable product requirements.

• Data-driven approach with comfort in utilizing metrics, dashboards, and analyses to guide prioritization and trade-offs.

• Strong organizational and execution capabilities with a clear preference for delivery over process.

• Ability to thrive in high-growth, entrepreneurial, and uncertain environments; experience in startups or early-stage companies is preferred.
