Junior Product Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Cyprus.

📋 Description

• Accountable for guiding a project from initial concept to final implementation.

• Collaborate closely with both development and design teams to transition features from ideas to deployment.

• Investigate and assess which features or components would be beneficial to incorporate.

• Create reports, presentations, guidelines, and business requirements.

• Engage with a variety of successful software solutions.

• Develop business cases and present them to the team.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a product role within a software company.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or another relevant field.

• Demonstrated passion and capability to become a product authority.

• Ability to deeply understand customer experiences, identify product gaps, and generate innovative ideas that enhance market share, improve customer experience, and drive growth.

• Familiarity with databases and a solid understanding of software development.

• Comfortable in a technical environment and able to engage in technical discussions with software engineers while appreciating the user experience.

• Enthusiastic about technology and regularly utilizes software products.

• Skilled in simplifying complex concepts for clear communication.
