Junior Product Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and adapt designs, layouts, and communication components used in emails, push notifications, and other stages of the product journey.

• Assemble emails and small communication modules in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (including basic HTML adjustments).

• Create microcopy, CTAs, and concise texts aligned with UX Writing principles and product experience.

• Ensure visual and narrative consistency in communications throughout the user journey.

• Collaborate with PMMs and PMs in designing engagement and onboarding flows and activations.

• Utilize AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) to enhance production speed and support experimentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in digital design, preferably with a focus on CRM, lifecycle, product, or contextual communication within interfaces.

• Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS for minor adjustments in emails and templates.

• Proactive, organized, and hands-on approach to rapid prototyping.

• Interest in engagement metrics and best practices in user experience.

• Experience in creating layouts in Content Builder (SFMC).

• Familiarity with light copywriting (headlines, CTAs, microcopy).

• Ability to structure content and mini editorial calendars using AI.

• Experience in environments featuring Product Marketing, Growth, or UX Writing.
