Junior Presentation Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Revise draft presentations into refined, brand-aligned decks using PowerPoint.

• Consistently apply Körber’s visual identity, including fonts, colors, layouts, and imagery.

• Create and maintain master templates, slide layouts, and libraries of reusable slides.

• Convert raw materials (bullet points, rough slides, charts) into visually organized and comprehensible slides.

• Design or enhance charts and simple infographics based on data and sketches.

• Assist with large-scale deck revisions, including rebranding, acquisitions, and organizational changes.

• Manage incoming requests through designated channels/tools, clarifying the scope and deadlines.

• Ensure that files and templates are correctly stored, versioned, and easily accessible.

• Uphold a high standard of visual quality and recommend enhancements to templates and workflows.

• Proactively utilize AI-based tools (such as PowerPoint design features, Copilot, or similar) to accelerate production, enhance quality, and facilitate scalable presentation development.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in presentation design, graphic design, or visual communication (experience in an in-house hub, agency, or consulting environment is advantageous).

• Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint; strong skills in other MS Office applications (particularly Excel and Word).

• Strong understanding of layout, hierarchy, and typography; capable of clarifying and structuring complex content.

• Experience working with brand guidelines and applying them consistently.

• Keen attention to detail and quality, even with repetitive or high-volume tasks.

• Service-oriented, dependable, and comfortable managing multiple concurrent requests.

• Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus.

• Excellent written and verbal English skills; proficiency in additional languages (such as German, Portuguese, or a local language) is an asset.

• Strong willingness to embrace and adapt to AI tools, with an eagerness to experiment and continuously incorporate AI support into the presentation design process.
