This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Facilitate the recruitment and selection process for high-volume call center roles, prioritizing diversity in all stages.
• Conduct group activities to evaluate candidates' behavioral skills.
• Review resumes/CVs to pinpoint potential candidates for available positions.
• Engage in talent sourcing for qualified individuals utilizing various recruitment channels and social media.
• Collaborate actively in large-scale selection processes, introducing innovative and efficient practices to group activities.
• Proficiently utilize the Office suite, with a particular focus on Excel, to assist in data organization and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress.
• Must reside in one of the following areas: São Paulo and its metropolitan region, Curitiba/PR, Fortaleza/CE, or Rio de Janeiro/RJ.
• Previous experience in recruitment and selection for high-volume roles is essential; call center experience is advantageous.
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Gupy is preferred.
