This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
• Routine and Productivity Management: You will be accountable for organizing and strategizing your prospecting, qualification, and follow-up tasks within HubSpot, ensuring the CRM is consistently updated and upholding the necessary discipline for remote work.
• Active Prospecting: Sustain a regular volume of activities, predominantly consisting of calls, supplemented by emails and WhatsApp communications.
• Consultative, Personalized Approach: Foster "rapport" with contacts, establishing human connections that enhance dialogue and assist in overcoming resistance.
• Objection Handling: Address common objections, such as "I already have a supplier" or "long-term contracts," by utilizing compelling arguments regarding Flash's unique features and the value of our solutions.
• Opportunity Prioritization: Focus on high-potential leads, prioritizing the early hours of the day for impactful contacts and ensuring effective cold prospecting.
• Demonstrated experience in active (OUTBOUND) prospecting, with a focus on pre-sales aimed at generating new leads from the ground up and penetrating new markets.
• Proficient in making cold calls and managing a high volume of daily activities, utilizing the phone as the primary mode of communication.
• Outstanding organization and time-management abilities, with the capacity to plan and structure your work routine independently and effectively.
