This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Answering calls from hotel guests and staff members.
• Complying with company policies regarding attendance and the use of phone status buttons.
• Addressing inquiries and concerns raised by callers.
• Utilizing internal software to generate tickets in accordance with company standards and procedures.
• Resolving tickets in line with company policies.
• Appropriately escalating tickets following company guidelines.
• Managing email communication with clients when requested.
• Delivering outstanding customer service to all callers.
• Representing the company positively to callers.
• Adhering to the policies and procedures provided during training or by managers.
• Meeting or surpassing the expected performance metrics.
• Collaborating effectively with other GuestTek employees.
• Participating in additional training programs organized by the company.
• Performing other related duties as assigned.
• Proficiency in English (80% or higher) is mandatory.
• Proficiency in Arabic, French, German, Spanish, or Turkish is considered an asset.
• Fundamental understanding of Windows, Apple, and Android operating systems, with the ability to troubleshoot these topics patiently over the phone.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Flexible scheduling (availability to work mornings, afternoons, nights, and weekends).
• IT certifications are a plus.
• Employees have the option to work remotely.
