Junior Motion AI Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Leverage AI tools to produce graphic and video content for marketing initiatives and advertisements.

• Create innovative concepts for marketing campaigns that promote games and web products across various platforms.

• Modify content to suit different platforms and channels, taking into account format specifications and performance objectives.

• Work collaboratively with the Marketing Creatives Producer, UAM, and other cross-functional teams.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in Motion Design.

• Comprehensive experience in the motion design process.

• Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools (e.g., Kling AI, Seedance, Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, Ideogram, Stable Diffusion, or similar).

• Basic proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Figma, and Adobe Illustrator.

• Strong grasp of AI trends and best practices in content creation.

• Knowledge of performance marketing principles.

• Creative mindset with the ability to generate fresh ideas.

• Detail-oriented with the capability to perform effectively under tight deadlines.

• Ability to manage and experiment with multiple creative hypotheses simultaneously.
