Junior / Mid-level Social Media Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• A strategic generalist approach to oversee publishing, monitoring, and community management (engaging with responses);

• Organize, schedule, and disseminate social media content while tracking channel performance;

• Actively observe major platforms for trends, emerging formats, and pertinent cultural discussions;

• Spot real-time opportunities for activations and timely content creation;

• Engage directly with the audience (responding), enhancing relationships and overseeing the community;

• Perform social listening that targets the brand, competitors, and audience behaviors;

• Evaluate metrics and KPIs, advising on enhancements and ongoing optimizations for digital strategies.

• Heavy user of social media with a strong awareness of current trends;

• Prior experience in managing and monitoring social media networks;

• Excellent writing abilities, strong verbal communication, and interpersonal skills;
