
Junior Media & Shopper Activation Manager β Core Markets International, Dutch, Italian or French-speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
β’ Plan, coordinate, and carry out retail media initiatives in our key markets (Netherlands, Switzerland, and Italy)
β’ Brief and oversee the creation of design assets and shopper marketing materials, ensuring adherence to quality standards
β’ Develop and execute point-of-sale (POS) campaigns, customer-focused activations, and strategic partnerships
β’ Implement displays, POS materials, and placement concepts across all relevant markets
β’ Create and continually enhance guidelines and best practices to maintain a consistent brand presence
β’ Manage and coordinate with external agencies, retail marketing departments, and other service providers
β’ Assist in budget planning and take responsibility for allocated budgets
β’ Report directly to the Media & Shopper Strategy Manager β International within the Media & Shopper Marketing team
β’ Bachelor's degree, preferably in marketing, media, business, or a related field
β’ 2β3 years of relevant professional experience in trade marketing, shopper marketing, retail media, or brand activation
β’ Experience in the FMCG sector with a strong understanding of the retail markets in the Netherlands, Italy, and/or Switzerland
β’ Demonstrated experience in developing, planning, and executing activation and media strategies
β’ Strong project management capabilities with the ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and international markets
β’ Experience in managing external agencies and service providers
β’ Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable working with KPIs, reporting tools, and international processes
β’ Proactive team player with a hands-on approach and excellent communication and coordination skills
β’ Creative and strategic thinker with a structured, independent, and solution-oriented work style
β’ Fluent in English is required; professional proficiency in Italian, Dutch, or French is preferred
β’ Willingness to travel 1β2 times per month
