Junior Media Buyer – Performance Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance campaigns across at least one platform: Meta Ads, Google Ads, Taboola / Outbrain

• Evaluate campaign effectiveness (ROAS, CPA, CPL, etc.)

• Recognize scaling possibilities and take action to implement them

• Revitalize underperforming campaigns

• Develop, test, and upload creative materials

• Collaborate closely with: Creative team (hooks, advertorials, landing pages), Tech team (tracking, pixels, S2S)

• Assist with tracking configurations (pixels, events, S2S)

• Independently oversee campaigns and manage budgets

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in performance marketing on at least one platform

• Active management of campaigns with a relevant budget (guideline: ~€1M ad spend experience — less may be acceptable with a strong skill set)

• Proven track record of success: optimized or revitalized campaigns (turnaround), scaled campaigns

• Strong comprehension of metrics, KPIs, and data-driven methodologies

• Experience with creative materials (creation/testing/upload)

• Basic knowledge of tracking: pixels, events, S2S (server-to-server) and tracking technologies

• Organized and self-sufficient work style

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team
