Paid Advertising Strategist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Honduras.

📋 Description

• In the role of Paid Advertising Strategist, you will be accountable for the execution, performance, and expansion of campaigns within your assigned portfolio.

• Your focus is on the clients’ success, aligning your initiatives with their broader business objectives.

• You are a self-motivated individual who takes full ownership of your responsibilities.

• Collaborating closely with account leadership, you will brainstorm and refine the strategy for your services within the overall media strategy.

• You will manage reporting, optimizations, client communications, and execute keyword research, ad copy creation, bid adjustments, and routine campaign management, occasionally with assistance from a Specialist.

• As the Strategist, you excel at delivering insights and forward-looking strategies to clients consistently, possessing a deep understanding of your service’s strategy and the tactics needed to enhance performance.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, with 1-2 years in an agency environment.

• At least 2 years of experience in Direct Response marketing, particularly in E-Commerce, Lead Generation, or B2B.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience managing Meta Ads for direct response campaigns.

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience with Search Engine Marketing.

• Demonstrated experience in campaign development and optimization processes, including bid optimization, keyword research, and ad copy creation.

• Substantial campaign management experience in one or more of the following additional campaign types: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, Display Advertising, Local campaigns, and Bing Ads.

• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office Suite(s).

• Proficient in Google Analytics.

• A strong grasp of full-funnel marketing and the role of paid media within that framework.
