• Create high-quality, client-specific static advertisements based on provided concepts.
• Draw inspiration from the Meta Ad Library, utilizing real competitor ads instead of generic AI templates.
• Implement variations using tools such as Canva, ZoopAds, or similar platforms with same-day delivery.
• Uphold exceptional design standards: ensuring designs are human-centric, relevant, and aligned with the brand.
• Initiate campaigns following the clients' standardized 4-campaign CBO framework (DM Conversations, Brand Awareness/Follow, LP Leads, Form Leads).
• Aim for efficiency: managing up to 15 accounts within a 4-hour timeframe.
• Revamp successful ads by introducing new headlines, images, and CTAs to prevent ad fatigue.
• Keep a repository of top-performing creative concepts categorized by vertical.
• Proficient in using Meta Ads Manager for campaign setup, targeting, and pixel configuration.
• Experience in high-volume static ad design, with a preference for e-commerce backgrounds.
• Skilled in tools such as Canva, Photoshop, Figma, or similar software.
• Knowledgeable in conducting research using the Meta Ad Library and performing competitor analysis.
• Bonus: Familiarity with AI design tools like ZoopAds, Higgsfield, or Gemini.
• Fully remote position available for candidates based in South Africa.
• Work hours aligned with US Mountain Standard Time.
