Junior Marketing Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create marketing and growth strategies for both established studios and new locations.

• Plan and oversee campaigns, studio openings, partnerships, events, and community activations from inception to measurable outcomes.

• Appear on camera to engage the community digitally during launches, construction updates, and scheduling announcements.

• Strategically and editorially oversee social media platforms.

• Produce and edit your own content, analyze trends, and develop formats that align with the brand.

• Manage campaign and editorial schedules.

• Serve as a representative for Reformer Club at studio openings and new site locations.

• Further refine positioning, tone of voice, customer personas, and the overall customer journey.

• Identify potential brand partners and creators, and foster collaborations along with joint events and activations.

• Convert data, customer feedback, and community insights into initiatives that enhance visibility, conversion, and customer loyalty.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience in a startup, agency, consulting, or a rapidly growing consumer company, which may include internships, working-student roles, or full-time positions.

• Strong strategic thinking, a sense of ownership, and a robust drive to implement ideas.

• A keen understanding of brands, aesthetics, language, social culture, and current trends.

• Capability to generate bold, unconventional marketing concepts.

• Independent, organized, and solution-focused working approach.

• Proficient in Social Media, CapCut, Canva, Microsoft Office, and AI tools.

• Knowledge of relevant marketing KPIs and the ability to make data-driven decisions.

• Willingness to travel and build connections among people, brands, and communities.

• Fluent in both German and English.
