Junior Marketing Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Assist in bringing their brand to life across all sales and marketing interactions.

• Join the Growth team, reporting directly to the Head of Growth.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Designer.

• Faithfully replicate a well-developed aesthetic, thoughtfully extending it and executing it quickly across various materials.

• Work on sales and customer success documents, social media templates, email designs, brand collateral, and event materials.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess a keen eye for detail and the ability to match an existing aesthetic without needing repeated explanations.

• Comfortable designing both polished presentations and stickers.

• Capable of interpreting a brief, asking insightful clarifying questions, and delivering results independently.

• Recognize that constraints such as brand guidelines, templates, and existing systems are advantageous rather than restrictive.

• Be curious, humble, and collaborative, eager to build something with us rather than just completing tasks.

• Have 1 to 2 or more years of design experience, including internships, freelance projects, or agency work.

• Present a portfolio that showcases a range of skills and attention to detail.

• Bonus Points For: Experience in marketing copywriting; video production; web development.
