Junior Manager – Strategic Projects & Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Assist in strategic client projects from the initial consultation phase and project management to the execution of proofs of concept.

• Take charge of onboarding new clients.

• Act as the primary contact for partners and manage partner relationships.

• Aid in optimizing internal company operations and designing processes.

• Support both internal and external audit activities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of two years of professional experience in a financial institution or consulting environment.

• Proficient project management capabilities.

• A strong compliance-oriented mindset.

• Exceptional communication skills in both German and English, at a negotiation level.

• Experience in cryptocurrency/blockchain or electronic securities is a plus.

• A solution-focused approach to work.
