Junior Manager – Digital Marketing

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You serve as the primary point of contact among the INTERNATIONAL business unit, central marketing, and sales.

• You gather, prioritize, and transform marketing requests from various business sectors into actionable initiatives.

• You autonomously plan and implement operational marketing activities across both online and print platforms.

• You design and oversee campaigns in close collaboration with central marketing or independently.

• You produce content and develop marketing and sales materials for the website, social media, presentations, and product communications.

• You assess target demographics, continuously enhance international personas, and derive specific optimizations.

• You assist with trade shows and events from a communications standpoint and play an active role in marketing reporting.

• Demonstrated experience in operational marketing with an emphasis on online and print.

• Exceptional writing and content creation skills, along with a keen intuition for target audiences.

• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities in project and campaign management.

• High-level communication and coordination skills when collaborating with internal stakeholders.

• An independent and dependable working style, with a strong focus on implementation.

• A hands-on approach, enjoyment of creative freedom, and enthusiasm for change.

• A passion for digital customer experiences and topics related to e-commerce.
