Junior Legal Specialist – Payment Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.

📋 Description

• Assisting with the onboarding procedures and regular evaluations of international firms alongside banks and payment service providers.

• Overseeing business communication and correspondence with external partners, which includes banks and payment service providers (PSPs).

• Organizing the gathering of supplementary information and documentation from internal teams to address inquiries from banks and payment partners.

• Offering legal support for daily business activities.

• Evaluating draft agreements while considering legal risks and internal corporate policies.

• Drafting, reviewing, and facilitating contracts, including those related to the deployment of new payment solutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in law.

• Proficiency in English (C1 level).

• Prior experience with banks and payment service providers (PSPs) is an advantage.

• Excellent attention to detail, strong sense of responsibility, and a cooperative attitude.

• Capability to analyze legal documents, think critically, and perform effectively in a fast-paced, multitasking environment.

• A genuine passion for international law, banking and payment regulations, along with a commitment to professional growth in these fields.
