Junior Lawyer – Banking Labor Law

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Preparing legal briefs and appeals

• Conducting client consultations

• Engaging in labor hearings, with opportunities for training and professional growth

• Managing labor cases with a focus on representing banking sector employees

⛳️ Requirements

• Juris Doctor degree and active registration with the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB)

• Passion for practicing and advancing in Labor Law (litigation)

• Solution-driven, proactive, organized, responsible, quick learner with robust legal reasoning abilities

• Openness to feedback, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in legal writing

• Prior experience in legal practice, regardless of the area (preferred)

• Strong background in litigation and experience in hearings (preferred)

• Familiarity with Labor Law (preferred)

• Experience advocating for workers or managing cases involving banking employees (preferred)
