Junior L1 Genesys Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Receiving and processing requests based on alerts and calls, adhering to the established SLA.

• Clarifying incoming requests with customers, creating tickets, and routing them to the L2 Engineer.

• Responding promptly to call alerts.

• Adhering to support procedures and contributing to the improvement of these procedures.

• Acknowledging alerts from OpsGenie.

• Generating tickets.

• Implementing L1/L2 level fixes in accordance with predefined procedures.


⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in troubleshooting and root cause analysis, including log examination and issue diagnostics.

• Background in Technical Support.

• Understanding of SLA principles with the capability to operate within SLA guidelines.

• Strong attention to detail and a responsible, patient approach to resolving issues.

• Desire to grow and advance within Support Services.

• Quick learner with a proactive attitude.

• Team-oriented collaborator with a commitment to continuous learning.

• Interest in enhancing knowledge of Genesys technologies.
