Junior IT Services Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for new clients, guiding them from kickoff to handoff to the Customer Success Ongoing team, ensuring that delivery aligns with the activation and quality standards outlined in the playbook.

• Organize and manage your own client agenda, planning and facilitating client meetings in a systematic, milestone-focused approach.

• Serve as a consultant throughout the implementation process, fostering adoption, engagement, and client independence in utilizing the solution.

• Regularly assess client engagement during the onboarding phase, recognize potential adoption challenges, and implement proactive measures to address them.

• Document and update project activities and progress in the internal system, guaranteeing traceability and adherence to established procedures.

• Possess a digital mindset, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a desire to understand how Artificial Intelligence can enhance processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in implementation, onboarding, functional consulting, or project management within a SaaS or technology context.

• Capability to lead client meetings and convert business requirements into actionable, structured solutions.

• Familiarity with project management practices, including tracking schedules, risks, status updates, and deliverables.

• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify issues, prioritize tasks, and suggest operational enhancements.

• Strong communication and organizational abilities, along with the independence to manage multiple projects concurrently.

• Understanding of, or interest in, Artificial Intelligence technologies, including tools, applications, and concepts.
