This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Assist in managing client relationships and support the enhancement of IT services.
• Compile and prepare service reports while aiding in routine reporting efforts.
• Organize and follow up on service meetings, including taking minutes.
• Engage in Service Level Management, focusing on monitoring and documenting customer-specific SLAs.
• Help identify customer needs and contribute to the continuous improvement process.
• Participate in communicating root causes (RCA) and actions within Problem Management.
• Assist in the preparation and follow-up of audit activities and reviews.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the quality of services provided.
• A completed degree in Business Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable vocational qualification.
• Some professional experience (1–2 years) in IT services or IT Service Management is preferred.
• ITIL Foundation certification or a commitment to obtain it in the near future.
• Fundamental understanding of IT infrastructures and services (including colocation, managed, and cloud services).
• Strong orientation towards service and customer satisfaction, along with a willingness to learn.
• A structured and meticulous approach to work, being a team player with excellent communication skills.
• Fluent in German and proficient in English, both spoken and written.
