Junior Integration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and implement data integration solutions across various systems, ensuring effective and dependable information flow;

• Assist in defining architecture and managing projects related to data integration and communication;

• Collaborate with the technical team to analyze, troubleshoot, and enhance integration processes continuously;

• Offer technical consulting on integration projects to clients, guiding solutions from the initial concept through to implementation;

• Deliver Level 2 technical support by performing investigations and analyses, while also participating in discussions with both internal and external clients;

• Possess a digital mindset, show curiosity towards emerging technologies, and have an interest in understanding how Artificial Intelligence can revolutionize processes, experiences, and outcomes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or currently in progress in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related fields;

• Understanding of relational databases, preferably PostgreSQL;

• Proficiency in Python;

• Familiarity with REST and SOAP APIs;

• Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving abilities;

• Knowledge of or interest in Artificial Intelligence technologies: tools, applications, and concepts.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with ticketing/support platforms;

• Familiarity with Apache NiFi middleware.
