Junior Influencer Program Associate

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in executing digital marketing initiatives across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Twitch, Snapchat, X, and more through creator sourcing, negotiation, and other communications with creators.

• Create persuasive written content to meet program objectives, including guidance for creator messaging and tailored reports for progressive organizations.

• Track and analyze program achievements and obstacles, providing actionable insights for enhancements and proactively refining strategies as necessary.

• Remain informed about emerging trends in social media to ensure the delivery of high-quality and timely content.

• Collaborate closely with digital creators to produce innovative and engaging content that aligns with campaign brief requirements, leading to high engagement and performance.

• Assist in the preparation of post-program reports for clients.

• Provide internal reports to Vocal leadership.

⛳️ Requirements

• Professional, personal, or volunteer experience in electoral campaigns, organizing, social media, or content creation.

• Excellent organizational, task management, and communication skills, demonstrating a strong commitment to self-sufficiency and follow-through.

• Strong time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and competing priorities simultaneously under tight deadlines.

• Knowledge of the constantly evolving social media landscape and the strategies and tactics that contribute to impactful content performance.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities, with the capacity to customize messaging for specific niches or audiences based on client objectives.

• Familiarity with Google Drive and CRMs is a plus; a willingness to learn is essential if unfamiliar.

• A passion for working in progressive environments and a strong cultural competency.

• Openness to working in a fast-paced setting with variable hours and strict deadlines.
