This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.
• Design detailed floorplan layouts for a variety of hospitality, industrial, and commercial environments.
• Ensure compliance of floorplans with design standards and client specifications.
• Leverage design software to produce precise and visually appealing floorplans.
• Generate high-quality renderings of floorplans to illustrate design concepts and effectively communicate with clients.
• Utilize industry-standard rendering techniques and software to create realistic and immersive visual representations.
• Exhibit a strong understanding of spatial relationships and optimize the use of available space.
• Take into account accessibility and functionality when crafting floorplans.
• Capable of interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
• Assess client needs and preferences to create customized design solutions.
• Recognize potential design challenges and suggest effective resolutions.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve design issues and develop innovative solutions.
• Adapt to evolving requirements and project timelines.
• Manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Deliver high-quality outcomes within designated timeframes.
• Clearly articulate design ideas and concepts to clients, team members, and stakeholders.
• Actively engage with feedback and make necessary design adjustments.
• Participate in design reviews and offer constructive critiques to peers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design or a related discipline, accompanied by an updated portfolio.
• 0-2 years of experience in industrial design or a relevant field (or substantial internship experience).
• Strong understanding of design principles and methodologies.
• Proficient in 2D design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator), with basic knowledge of 3D modeling software being advantageous.
• High attention to detail and a passion for producing quality products.
• Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
• Ability to continually adapt to ongoing process enhancements.
• Self-motivated with the capability to work independently.
• Familiarity with both Apple and Windows operating systems.
